Christ Church welcomes all people to participate fully in the life of our congregation before becoming a member. We are not a club where you receive benefits with membership. Rather, by joining Christ Church as a member you are expressing your desire to make a greater commitment to our mission and ministry. Therefore, we want you to get to know us and get involved before becoming a member. We’d ask that you worship with us for six months, get involved in a Life Group, or serve on a Ministry Team before you attend a Membership class.

Our goal is not membership numbers but to be a community of transformed followers of  Jesus who are being used by God to  transform our church, community and world. Membership classes are offered twice per year - in the fall and spring.

In the Membership Class you will meet other joining members, learn more about the mission, vision and core values of Christ Church, learn more about ways to serve and get involved and ask any questions you may have. A light supper is included in the Membership Class. Child care is available if you request it in advance.

Expectations before joining as a member

• Attend worship for at least six months
• Involved in a Life Group or serve on a ministry team.
• Attend a Membership class  The next class is October 17, 2010.
