Christ Church is outreach oriented and community minded. We are a leader in the city-reaching movement called Pray Elk River that is becoming a model for evangelism in North America. Our witness begins wherever God has called us to live and serve -- in our neighborhoods, businesses and schools. Our outreach extends as far as Karaba, Rwanda, Africa, through a community-wide mission partnership called Mission Rwanda. God has given us a heart for reaching people with the Good News of Jesus Christ. Come and join us, and volunteer your time, money and talents to support our outreach missions.

Moms in Touch International impacts children and schools worldwide for Christ by gathering mothers to pray.

Abba Pregnancy Resource Center
Abba Pregnancy Resource Center is a non-profit volunteer organization assisting women and men involved in a crisis pregnancy. They are committed to providing information and services that are accurate, nonjudgmental and supportive.

Pilot Outreach: Sherburne County Jail
Pilot Outreach is an organization of trained volunteers that regularly visit inmates at the Sherburne County Jail.

Segue Foundation
The Segue Foundation Inc. is non-profit, all-volunteer organization dedicated to bridging invaluable community-based services and resources to young families following the unexpected death of a primary caregiver/wage-earner, thereby helping to ease the transition into their new life.

CAER Food Shelf
CAER is a non-profit, community-based Christian organization, whose mission is to provide emergency food, clothing, and special assistance to individuals and families in need.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization building simple, decent, affordable housing in partnership with people in need.

Timberbay Youth Ministry
This Christian non-profit organization reaches out to at-risk youth in suburban, urban and rural areas in Minnesota and Iowa with programs aimed creating a sense of purpose, belonging and community with our youth. Programs emphasize self-worth, forgiveness, freedom from guilt, accountability, and a balanced perspective of authority and freedom.

Hope Filled Hands
Hope Filled Hands is a non-profit organization bringing hope and help to communities that have been struck by disaster. It responds with volunteers, equipment and supplies as we partner with others to help bring stability and restoration to those in need.

Mission Rwanda
Mission Rwanda is a Community-to-Community Partnership through World Vision connecting the churches, businesses and schools of the Elk River Area of Minnesota, with an Area Development Project in Karaba, Rwanda, Africa. The Elk River area has sponsored more than 500 children in Rwanda.

International Transformation Network
The International Transformation Network (ITN) is a strategic alliance of Christians from the marketplace and the pulpit who are building prototypes for city and nation transformation that bring the presence and the power of God to meet the felt needs and the systemic challenges of our communities and countries.
